Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the service. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice. After this window, a rescheduling fee may apply. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, and the full service fee will still apply. If more time is needed, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note this may result in additional charges or rescheduling. Deposits For large or intricate services (e.g., long/full-head braids), a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service but is not refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a solution. Refunds Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are unhappy with the results, please reach out within 48 hours, and we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments.
